Whether you're newer to Hot 26 or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop will show you how to move smarter, feel stronger, and unlock new layers in your practice.
Advance Your Asana: Progressions, Transitions,
and Peak Postures
1 1:00–12:30 PM (1.5 Hours)
Take your practice to the next level by mastering the art of transitions, intentional movement, and peak pose preparation. We’ll explore practical tools for building strength, flexibility, and flow — and help you identify exactly where you can grow. If you’re ready to challenge your habits, shift your mindset, and elevate your Asana, this is your workshop.
Level 1/2 Flow Class
1:00–2:05PM (60–75 Minutes)
Move dynamically through a full-body sequence linking breath and movement. This Level 1/2 class will build heat, enhance mobility, and offer options for deeper exploration depending on your experience. Come ready to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and leave feeling both energized and grounded.
Potluck Gathering
2:30–3:15PM
Bring a dish, share a meal, and connect with your fellow yogis off the mat.
Kirtan & Closing Circle
3:15–4:00PM
Celebrate the day through live music, chanting, and shared energy. Open your heart and lift your voice in community.

Stretch to Heal: From Contraction to Expansion
In times of uncertainty, it’s easy to tighten up—physically, mentally, and emotionally. This class helps you release what no longer serves you and shift into the power of love. Through mindful breath, stretch, and reflection, you’ll move from fear to grounded expansion. Come as you are—this practice is designed to meet you gently and guide you home to yourself.
Each 90-minute session includes journaling, breathwork, deep stretch, and guided meditation. You’ll explore emotional opposites—letting go of pain and inviting in peace. This is more than a stretch class. It’s a reset for your body and your spirit. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your inner strength.

Yoga for Pickleball Players
is a 4-session series designed to help you move better, recover faster, and stay injury-free on the court. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the game, this class focuses on improving flexibility, core strength, balance, and joint mobility—especially in areas that take a beating during play, like hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and knees. You’ll also learn simple warm-up and cool-down routines to support your body before and after matches. Led by Amy Word, an experienced yoga instructor who understands athletic movement, this class is beginner-friendly and built specifically with pickleball players in mind.
