HOT 26
The structured, repeatable hot yoga 26 sequence.
A structured hot yoga class built on the traditional 26 posture sequence. Each class moves through the set series, repeating postures to help you build familiarity, focus, and strength over time. The consistency allows you to track progress while developing flexibility, endurance, and mental clarity. Great for beginners and experienced students alike. Class generally held at ~105°.
HOT 26 PLUS
The traditional 26 sequence with guided variations.
Hot 26 Plus follows the traditional 26 posture sequence, paired with thoughtful variations layered into what would have been the posture repetition. These additions help bring new awareness, prevent autopilot, and keep the practice engaging while staying grounded in structure. You'll recognize the sequence while exploring subtle variations within it. Class generally held at ~105°.
HOT Fusion
Take your practice to the next level.
A strength-focused class that blends elements from multiple yoga styles. Expect a mix of standing work, core engagement, and upper-body strength, including opportunities for arm balances and dynamic transitions. Each class is different, keeping the practice fresh and challenging. Options are always offered so you can build at your own pace. No set sequence. Class generally held at ~105°.
HOT 26 Silent & HOT Fusion Silent
A quiet, self-guided version of these practices.
Rooted classes follow the same structure as Hot 26 or Hot Fusion, with minimal verbal guidance. The space is intentionally calm, allowing you to move with your breath and deepen your focus. Best suited for students who feel comfortable with the structure and are ready for a more independent experience.
Inferno HOT Pilates
A high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout.
Inferno Hot Pilates is a strength and conditioning class performed in a heated room, designed to build muscular endurance, core strength, and cardiovascular fitness without high-impact movements. Expect a fast-paced sequence of Pilates-based exercises combined with interval training to elevate your heart rate and challenge your entire body. Movements are low impact but highly effective, making it accessible while still demanding. Options are always offered so you can work at your own pace while pushing your edge. Classes are generally held at ~95–100°.
HOT Power Vinyasa
Rooted in Baptiste-inspired power vinyasa, this dynamic and physically challenging class follows the Journey Into Power sequence—a continuous flow of postures designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. The fast-paced, warm environment encourages students to explore their physical and mental boundaries, making it an invigorating and empowering practice. Classes are generally held at ~95° +.
WARM Power Vinyasa
Similar to the Baptiste-inspired Hot Power Vinyasa classes mentioned above, but held at a cooler room temperature. Classes are generally held at ~85°.
WARM Slow Power Vinyasa
A slowed-down approach to our Baptiste-inspired power vinyasa, this class loosely follows the Journey Into Power sequence but focuses on slow, intentional movements to open the hips, shoulders, and spine. This balanced, accessible practice is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a more mindful and controlled approach to building strength and flexibility. Classes are generally held at ~85°.
COOL Gentle Power
This class emphasizes the foundations of hatha yoga, focusing on alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength in a powerful yet accessible way. Unlike traditional power yoga, there is no vinyasa or flow, making it an excellent option for those who prefer a more deliberate, grounding practice. Classes are generally held at ~80°.
COOL Deep Stretch & Restore
A blend of Yin and Restorative yoga, this class is designed to deeply stretch the body, release tension, and promote full-body relaxation. Long-held postures allow for deep myofascial release, making this the perfect complement to an active lifestyle or power-based practice. Classes are generally held at ~75°.
COOL Chair Yoga
Designed for accessibility at any level, this class utilizes a chair for support in both standing and seated postures. No floor-based poses are included, making it ideal for those with limited mobility or anyone looking for a gentle, supportive way to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Classes are generally held at ~75°.
*Meditation
EPY makes its space available to the local Tibetan Buddhist group Kunzang Chöling of Evansville for meditation and other practices. Alan McCoy leads the group, which has operated in Evansville for over 16 years. You do not need to be Buddhist to attend—but it is Buddhist practice. The group meets most Sundays from 10:30am—11:30am.
